For Buyers

Auction Fees

  • Registration: Free - No charge to create a buyer account
  • Bidding: Free - No charge to place bids on auctions
  • Buyer's Premium: Applied to winning bids (see below)

Buyer's Premium

A buyer's premium may be added to winning bids. This fee helps maintain our platform and services. The premium rate will be clearly displayed on each auction listing before you bid.

Standard Rate: The buyer's premium is calculated as a percentage of the winning bid amount and will be displayed on each auction.

Payment Processing

Payment processing fees may apply and are handled by our secure third-party payment providers. These fees are standard processing charges and are clearly displayed at checkout.

For Sellers (Business)

Registration & Verification

  • Business Registration: Free - No charge to register as a business seller
  • Business Verification: Free - Verification process to ensure platform security

Listing Fees

  • Creating Listings: Listing fees may apply per auction listing
  • Featured Listings: Optional premium placement available at additional cost

Commission

A commission fee is charged on successful sales. This commission helps cover platform maintenance, payment processing, and customer support services.

Commission Rate: Commission is calculated as a percentage of the final sale price (winning bid amount). The exact rate will be disclosed during the listing creation process and in your seller agreement.

Payment & Withdrawal

  • Payout Processing: Standard payment processing time applies
  • Withdrawal Fees: Any withdrawal fees will be clearly disclosed in your seller account
